Meeting Jay Hope
Since I first was led to this project by Dr. Holmevik, I have been trying to actually meet my client, a member of The Hope School Community Center, LLC, Jay Hope. It proved to be quite a daunting task. A few times, Ron Knorr, my liasion with my client was going to Pomaria, but I was not able to make those meetings. But, the good news is that I was able to meet Jay Hope on Monday, December 15. We discussed his expectations and my ideas for the project. He was very receptive to my ideas and I was looking for any information he could give me. We came up with an agreement, so that we were both aware of what the expectations were and he gave me some great contacts. The contacts will be able to help me with finding a narrator and various footage I may need. Now I am able to create a storyboard and begin putting some things together. This meeting was very helpful and got me excited about really getting going on my project.

Purpose
The purpose of this blog is to keep track of the work I do for my Master's Project. I am making a documentary about The Hope Rosenwald School in Pomaria, South Carolina. This blog will talk about my process and procedures as well as any problems I run into along the way.
